Is your coffee organic and fair trade?
We do not exclusively roast organic & fair trade coffees, but we do pick up varietals with those certifications when possible. Our primary focus is on showcasing varietals from smaller, lesser known farms. These smallholder farms often farm using organic practices, and by purchasing from them, we hope to shine a light on their operation.
Is your facility open to the public?
The interior of roastery is not open to the public, with the exception of occasional tastings. We do have a drive-thru that is open Tuesday-Friday from 10am-1pm for online orders. We currently offer bags of beans, gallons of cold brew, and 96 oz catering boxes of coffee at the window. Sorry no individual cups of coffee/espresso!
Are you a cafe? Can I get a cup of coffee at the drive-thru?
We are primarily a wholesale roasting operation and do not offer individual cups of coffee at the drive-thru window. We do offer gallons or cold brew, 96 oz hot coffee to go boxes, and bags of beans. Place your order in our webstore and choose the pickup day and time that fits your needs!
When will my coffee ship? (Shipping Policy)
All orders will be shipped to the address given at checkout. Please make sure that this address is correct prior to completing your purchase. In the event the shipping address needs to be changed, please let us know within 24 hours of purchase to ensure order is delivered to correct address.
Do you offer returns? (Return Policy)
Can I cancel my order? (Cancellation Policy)
Coffee Beans: We strive to get orders filled as quickly as possible. For that reason, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests made over 24 hours after the initial purchase. Please let us know as soon as possible to guarantee a speedy cancellation and refund.

I forgot to pick up my order. What should I do?
Coffee beans (whole & ground) will be held at the pick-up window until you are able to stop by. Our coffee is roasted to order and because of that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that are not picked up in a timely manner. If you would like to have your coffee shipped to you instead, please send a request to email@example.com and one of our team members will reach out regarding the pricing. USPS Priority shipping starts at $5 and FedEx shipping starts at $10.
Cold Brew: Our cold brew is made to order and is not eligible for refunds or replacements. Orders for cold brew must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up day to receive a refund. Due to the short shelf life, we will discard any cold brew left at our facility longer than 5 days and no refund will be issued in this case.
