SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to ship out all orders within 1-2 days. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day. All orders are shipped through USPS priority and typically arrive within 2-3 days of shipping, sometimes earlier.


All orders will be shipped to the address given at checkout. Please make sure that this address is correct prior to completing your purchase. In the event the shipping address needs to be changed, please let us know within 24 hours of purchase to insure order is delivered to correct address.
 

RETURN POLICY

If you aren’t satisfied with coffee that you purchased, please let us know and we will help you find a replacement coffee that is right for you.

 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased in our online store. For returns/exchanges of non-coffee items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Returns must be received within 7 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

 

Cancellations: We strive to get orders filled as quickly as possible. For that reason, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests made over 24 hours after the initial purchase. Please let us know as soon as possible to guarantee a speedy cancellation and refund.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal on our webstore. We cannot accept personal checks or cash for purchases made online.

Purchases made online may appear as WPY*store, WePay, or EWCID on your statement depending on your bank.
